RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At WYND, we stand by the quality of our gear. If your equipment doesn't meet the standard, we provide a streamlined process to get you back in the fight.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • The Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear or specific accessories may be non-returnable unless defective.

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • Verification Required: To claim a refund for damage, you must record an unboxing video starting from the moment you cut the courier seal.

  • Reporting: Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery if the item is physically damaged or has manufacturing defects.

  • Sharps Warning: Damage caused by opening the package with scissors or knives without an accompanying unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund.

3. SIZE EXCHANGES

  • The Fit: If the gear doesn't fit, we offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Shipping Costs: For non-defective exchanges (e.g., you ordered the wrong size), a nominal reverse-shipping and handling fee may apply.

4. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at the warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Credits will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once handed over to the courier, the standard return process applies.
